App Not Working Properly

  • Close and reopen the app

  • Reinstall the app if the issue continues


QR Code Scanning Issues

Make sure:

  • Camera permission is enabled

  • The QR code is clearly visible

  • Your device camera lens is clean


Subscription Support

The app may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as:

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and managed using your Apple ID.

If you need to manage or cancel your subscription:

You can also restore purchases within the app using the Restore Purchases option.
