End User License Agreement (EULA) for Trokon Tools

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Hetal Kotadiya (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the Trokon Tools mobile application (“the App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

2. Ownership

The App, including all content, design, features, and intellectual property, is owned by Hetal Kotadiya.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not misuse the App or interfere with its functionality.

4. App Features and Permissions

The App provides native device functionality, including QR scanning, voice recording, image selection, and text utilities.

The App may request access to device features such as:

  • Camera (for QR scanning)

  • Microphone (for voice notes)

  • Photo Library (for selecting and cropping images)

These permissions are used only to enable specific features and only with your consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.
The App does not collect personal data, and all content remains on your device.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.
We are not obligated to provide future updates or ongoing support.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this Agreement or if the App is discontinued.

You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
