End User License Agreement (EULA)


1. Use of the App

Dual App – Web Scanner is provided as a utility application for personal and non-commercial use.

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or abuse the App

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App

  • Use the App in a way that could harm functionality, services, or other users

2. App Features and Permissions

The App provides native device-based features including but not limited to:

  • QR code scanning and generation

  • Voice note recording

  • Image selection and cropping

  • Text and note utilities

To enable these features, the App may request access to:

  • Camera

  • Microphone

  • Photo Library

Permissions are requested only with your consent and are used solely to enable these features.

3. Advertisements and Analytics

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for analytics and performance monitoring.

These services may collect limited information such as device identifiers, usage data, and diagnostic information to:

  • Deliver advertisements

  • Improve app performance

  • Monitor stability and crashes

  • Improve the overall user experience

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and consent.

The App may request permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) to access your device’s advertising identifier.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide premium features such as:

  • Ad-free experience

  • Unlimited access to features

  • Enhanced user experience

Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and managed using RevenueCat.

Payment information is securely handled by Apple and is not accessible to the App developer.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

Important points include:

  • The App does not require account registration

  • Content created within the App remains on your device

  • Third-party services manage their own data according to their privacy policies

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, features, and content, are owned by Hetal Kotadiya.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the App’s name, logo, or materials without prior written permission.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.

We are not obligated to:

  • Provide ongoing support

  • Maintain compatibility with all devices or operating systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • The App or its services are discontinued

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be posted with an updated date.

Your continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
